Beware of seller!May 03, 2012

I decided on this product based on the fact that it comes with the two items. I ordered with Prime so I received a package two days later with only the duck and an order slip that said that this completed my order. I contacted the seller and the next day I got an email from them that they would send the missing item. That was two weeks ago. I contacted them again with no response. I order nearly everything for my home and family through Amazon and have been for years. This is the worse seller I have ever purchased from.
The duck however is really nice. It's just right for what I need it for and I would recommend it. However, pay a couple of bucks more and go with a reputable seller!
